Climbing and Daytrips:
As a resource to schools and community groups, a portable climbing wall will make its way around the town for students to taste something out of the ordinary. During term and seasonal breaks the wall will be situated on the prom for easier access for all.
How does this work?
Simple! Starting January 2007 local students will have opportunity to sign up for a Mentro Allan Rhyl Card at their local school or community agency. Students who have a MARC card will not be charge for the above mentioned activities, while those without cards will need to pay for services. This will provide a host of new things for local residence to participate in while visitors can enjoy the same cutting edge activities, but at a fee to support the programme.
